You can download a functioning version of ComedyWriter right here!  Like the real thing, the demo requires Windows (any version, 95 through XP, or VirtualPC/SoftWindows on the Mac), about 6 MB of free hard disk space, and 4 MB of RAM.  It is a self-extracting file (size:  1.9 MB).  Once it's downloaded, just double click on the file ("ComedyWriter_Demo_Installation") and it will install to your computer.
